About me
Hello!
I grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, and moved to Colorado in 2011 to study environmental design. After graduating, I headed into the mountains in 2017 and stuck around. Living here has a way of shaping your routines, and most of mine revolve around being outside—hiking, backpacking, or paddle boarding in my neighborhood state park.
I like to travel whenever I can, usually at one extreme or the other—either sleeping on the ground somewhere remote or finding the best place we can stay within budget. There’s not much middle ground.
At home, things slow down a bit. I spend time painting, crocheting, or occasionally getting pulled into a video game. Most of it is shared with my husband and our golden retriever, Fern, who is equal parts fun and chaos and somehow has more energy than both of us combined.
